Announcement of new Vicar

Appointment of Vicar at Holy Trinity, Wallington by the Church Society as patron, in partnership with the Bishop of Southwark and the Bishop of Maidstone:

We are pleased to announce today, the 15th October 2017, that the Reverend James Luke Hills has been appointed Vicar at Holy Trinity, Wallington.

James grew up in a Christian family, but it wasn’t until university that he realised Christianity was about a relationship with God through Jesus. James previously trained and worked as an Engineer with the RAF and Red Arrows. James is married to Sarah and they have three children.  His favourite things are the great outdoors, spending time with friends, and anything that resembles sport.

Before his appointment, James was serving as Curate at St Kea Church, Truro, leading one of their four congregations in the city.

James will be instituted and inducted at Holy Trinity at 8pm Thursday 25th January 2018. All are welcome to the service.
